I would like to built a quadcopter project. I am thinking to buy the parts from the forum : **broken link removed**

My problem is that i don't know which parts to buy?
(What frame ,motor,ESC,batery )
Is anyone who can suggest me anything ?

I didn't decide what will be the final cost but my target is to built it with lower cost.

Quadcopters are fun in a small package, because they contain a lot of miniature technological achievements. It will take a great deal of work to duplicate it. Money too, for certain (lightweight) parts. Commercial manufacturers have an advantage since they deal in volume.

From what I can see, you attach four motors and propellers to a square frame.
At the center is a controller and a battery pack. Maybe a level detector of some kind.

You must send power to each propeller in the proper amount.

Your software must respond instantly to keep the copter flying level, except when it allows you to override it manually.

You can send control signals by wire during the development stage. You'll probably want a radio control system eventually.

Methinks your objective is naive. If you cant afford to buy one unit, you cant afford all the parts which cost more than a assembled unit. Try used? But beware. They get damaged easily and fly helter skelter.

Bargains can be found on Ebay. Registration is free. Buy from sellers with high feedback scores (98 or more). Prefer sellers who ship within your country.

Internet ads show quadcopter kits costing as much as 1,000 dollars. It can be tempting to buy a used one from someone who says "I put it together but I couldn't get it to fly." You're on your own in that case. It may have a ruined controller board. You'll need to be good at diagnosing electronic equipment, or else you'll need to build your own controller.

It will be a good sign if you find anyone saying they used those items in their quadcopter, and it worked. That's really what you need, is to see how other people's experience turned out.

Guess you know you'll need four motors and four ESC.

For propeller size, you may as well choose from the list of recommendations for the type motor you get.
Those are likely to be the most satisfactory, based on the observations of plane builders.
It requires experimentation to find out what pitch and diameter will attain optimum speed from the motor, yet without overloading it.
