User “carot” presents his quad 126p. The whole vehicle was constructed of the Fiat 126p parts. The fan was removed from the engine, and electrical one was assembled. Thermostats were made. The fan turns on just after the engine has been warmed up and turns off after cooling it. Power is transmitted to the rear wheels through a chain, the differential is blocked in the gearbox by welding a roller on both sides and a ratchet into it, whereas there is another differential in the control arm that distributes power between the wheels. This is the original mechanism adapted from the Fiat 126p. The rest is shown in the pictures. Transmission ratio is very good, the vehicle is faster than enough off-road, you can start in second gear. There are 13" 165 front wheels and 13" 185 rear wheels. At the rear, there is a room for a trailer hook and socket. The quad is not finished on purpose because still some little things need to be improved. Of course, the quad will be registered, since there are all the lights.
