PWM Frequency ??

hello guys
I'm using PWM to control the speed of a DC 12v Brushless 0.5A fan, I need a linear behavior so how much PWM frequency should I select ??

Everything between 1kHz to 20kHz should work fine. But you need to filter the output foltage because of brushless fans have built in electronics to drive the motor.
However some fans supports pmw input, but you shouldn't count on that

PWM Frequency ??

the frequency should be given on Fan's specification if not do not drive on high frequency it may generate harmonics and that will be physically derate the motor
