:lol:I have made a variable width square pulse, width from 12 nsec to 600 nsec. now the voltage level is 3.2V . Vcc is 5V. now how i can increase the level to 5 to 6V so it can be used for my application. can someone suggest some simple circuit. without disturbing the rise and fall time and the width, the pulse rise and fall time is 6 nsec.

you will need a level shifter. This can be done with specific circuit or quickswitch and diode.
