pulse detection circuit using 4013 ic

hai friends,

i need to get a pulse detection circuit using 4013 d-flipflop ic or can u suggest 15 v input equivalent of 74ls74 .

you can use 555 ic for pulse detection. do you need the circuit specifically using 4013? Describe more about your input pulse... Is it continuous pulse? rising or falling edge?...
