how pmos works

pull up by nmos and pull down by pmos works??

no problem...
Most important is the grid-source voltage.
If you can ensure this voltage that works perfectly.

The mos cannot know if he are pulling up or down !

bye

dear friend if u use nmos for pull up then Vt(Vgs) will decreased from Vdd but for pmos Vdd transfer to out put .for pull down is is oppose
regards

if you use a nmos for pull up, your output would be VDD-Vth. Likewise, if you use a pmos for pull down, your output would be GND+Vth.
