Pull in voltage problem in Coventorware

Hi,

I am working on coventorware to make a simple MEMS switch When I try to find the pullin voltage, I am getting error. I tried with various meshings but am unsuccessful in doing so. Can anyone tell me what type of meshing to choose and if there is any thumb rule to choose meshing in Coventorware?
