PSpice + Ultra Librarian WARNING [NET0093] No PSpiceTemplate

I imported LMH6601 from National
using Ultra Librarian.

When I try running it through a PSpice simulation I get
"WARNING [NET0093] No PSpiceTemplate"

How do I make a PSpice Template the part?
