PSoC1 programming

Hi, I need to write hex file in the CY8C24423A chip. I found old threads like this https://www.edaboard.com/threads/looking-for-a-psoc-programmer-circuit.30574/

but all the links aren't working anymore. Maybe someone has saved the schematics for the programmer and also have the CYP freeware program? Or maybe there is some new methods writing this chip?

The IDE is PSOC Designer 5.4

Question, are you working with this part because its designed into an existing
product ? Reason I ask is PSOC 4 and 5LP are new families with much better
interface and tools.

Yes, I'm trying to work with this part because it is designed into an already existing product https://github.com/14Point7/SLC-Free .
I have seen the miniprog1, but for its price I could already buy two already made controllers, so its just not worth to buy miniprog1 for one time use. Tried searching for some DIY programmers and came accros some old threads using some kind of homemade programmer and CYP software, but threads are very old and all the links are dead.

I managed to find everything on this site https://antiradio.narod.ru/psoc/tools/programmer_type3_enhanced/index.htm , they have all the schematics ant CYP software. Just have to use google translator, it translater evrything great.
