Psidaemon.exe problem with PowerPCB5

psidaemon

For some time I have been receiving message window:
"Program has performed illegal operation"
when psidaemon.exe is launched.
I reinstalled Windows and the situation
is the same.
Previously everythink was OK.

Does anybody know how to fix it?
