psd of voltage waveform

Hello,

I have voltage waveform in time domain. When I did fourier transform of the voltage, will I get power or PSD with respect to frequency?.

Thanks for the response. PSD is working in matlab. I have one more question. When I convert voltage to PSD in frequency domain, I think it is assumed the voltage is across 1 ohm resistor. What if I have 30K resistor?. What should I include to get PSD for voltage across 30K resistor?.
