protel klipper stopped working

protel klipper

i downloaded the protel klipper for 99se sometimes ago and installed it. it worked well. i re-formated my hard disk and reinstalled protel99se and the klipper but the klipper isn't running anymore. i've tried everything but can't get it to work. does anybody have an idea? or can anybody tell me about any other software that can bring my scanned pcb into the pcb layout of the protel?

i have pcbcomparer but it isn't doing the job i need
 

Was the klipper the full version or the 30 day version.

It was 30days trial but I reformated my system
