Protel 99 --> Spec*ctra

Hi

I have exported many pcbs from protel 99 to spec*ctra to auto route.
The problem i have is that i can not export GND and power nets to spec*ctra correctly to cause spec*ctra treat these nets differently.

Does anyone have experience in this problem?
