I need of a simple circuit for protect integrated circuits 74HC245 ( that i use like buffer to interface PC with test circuits ) from unforeseen event strong absorptions of current.
Thank you in advance

Simplest is, put serial rezistors at inputs, max value depends of max required frequency. Inputs of 74HC245 (must ?) contain protection diodes to GND and POWER.
