project on 7 seg display for digital clock using at89c51

sir ...i am trying to make a digital clock using 4 common anode 7seg dispaly....i hav found the code in net ..and it seemed alright also but when i simulate it in proteus taking 4 individual common anode 7seg it didnt display anything..after that i connected a 4 digit 7seg display it showed the result but with too much flickering please help me with it.........
 

Flickering is obvious... Proteus cannot simulate the circuit in real time... Check the timer in the below which runs when you start simulating. As you may know, 7 segment works with multiplexing, i.e., fast on-off to refresh the digits. These are impossible to catch by human eye, but proteus shows that very slowly. So you are seeing these flickering. Try to make the digital clock practically...
