Hello, I am wanting to mount a coder of closed caption. The problem is that I where do not know to find material technician. Somebody has some suggestion? Thaks

Hi

You can find some information about closed caption in old Philips TV microcontroller datasheets and app. notes.
I think they start with SAA5xxx
