panelise

Hi all,

today, we develop our PCB's using PADS PowerPCB.
A very good program for our purposes, however, you can not panelise your PCB's with it. Therefore, you have to use CAM350, a separate program.
This CAM350 has a lot of bugs which makes it not 100% reliable for us.
Are there any other good programs for loading your gerber files and make panels?

Kind regards,
Roel

Re: Panelisation

Dear Roel,
I disagree with you when you say that CAM 350 is full of bugs. This program is one of the greatest programs for PCB CAM that there exist and a consolidated industrial standard.
I've been using CAM 350 to generate all the documentation to the PCB houses (in USA) including panelisation for years. I can assure you that you shouldn't be better off using it.

Re: Panelisation

CAM350 like everything else has bugs, but they are not as bad as other software.

Out of all the CAM software I have used, I like CAM350 very much.
