HI,
Depends which family. If your family has JTAG then you can use flashblaster (above post). If it only has C2 nterface then use silabs original ide software and EC2. For EC2 look in this forum for schematics.

it's firmware for USB Debug adapter. work well for 320/321 in original schematic and with minor problems if loaded in Toolstick hardware
