hi I want to make a programmable led stroboscope using PIC16F877A micro controller..anybody who is familiar with this please help me ....

although pic16f877 is too big for this task a small 8pin pic can do it neatly and also save cost as well here is what you need programmable LED strobe

I just familiar with HI-TECH C this code was in basic.I couldn't transfer it.Please help me to transfer it into HI-TECH C. And I just try to make my stroboscope using PIC16F877A.
