This is the first time for me with JAVA, so i don't know where to start, can you guide me please

Whats the best book to start?
Whats the best IDE to start?
whats differences between J2EE, J2SE and J2ME?

Hi Folks,

Straight answer to your questions, IMHO:

1 - "HeadFirst Java", Kathy Sierra (very funny way to learn java)
2 - "BlueJ" (simple IDE, best for start up)
3 - J2EE - Entreprise Edition(Has EJB, Servlets, DB connectivity, etc...) ; J2SE - Standard Edition (USE THIS ONE); J2ME - Mobile Edition (Used for building small sized apps, mobile directed)
