Procedure for installing LDV 5.1 on Linux

Hi, do anyone know how many discs for LDV 5.1 linux version ?

if have ISR200401231650_LDV51_lnx86_1of1.tar, is it enough for full install ?

ISR is not enough.
You need Base_LDV51_lnx86_1of2.tar and Base_LDV51_lnx86_2of2.tar.
Untar all packages.
Start to install from ISR directory. Later it will ask you Base* location.

Hi, ISR just is the update package of the BASELINE. So only ISR can not be installed. You have to possess the BASELINE disc.

that's only update disk . It is required the icc basedisk .

LDV5.1 consists of 15 modules. The installation procedures of LDV5.1 are quite similar to those for IC 5.0. What is the minimum installation of LDV5.1 on a Linux platform if it intends to work together with IC5.0 ? How are the enviromental variables configured and set in order to launch LDV5.1 without errors ?

I have two questions for you about the installation of LDV 5.1.

Q1). Do you install LDV 5.1 base line packages (2xCDs) first and then LDV 5.1 ISR package into EITHER the same installation directory for base line OR another new directory ?

Q2). Do you install LDV 5.1 ISR package first into the ISR isntallation directory and then LDV 5.1 base line package into EITHER the same ISR installation directory OR another new directory ?
