Problems with launching SPW4.81 in FC3

Last night , i installed SPW4.81 linux in redhat FC3. it said the finish is completed. but i couldn't find the command SPW in the <install_dir>/tools_lnx86/bin
Who can help me to solve this problem.

It seems that you can not install rpms well.
