Problems with IC5 in RH7.3

help rgd ic5 in rh7.3

hi
i installed ic5 in rh7.3 and also added the nscu cdk 1.3.
i have a couple of problems
1. the component browser and the add instance browser do not work properly. the component i select in the comp browser doesn't show up on the inst browser.
2. when i tried to simulate an inverter ckt i got the foll error

Error found by spectre in `temp', during circuit read-in.
input.scs: N0 is an instance of an undefined model ami06N.
input.scs: P0 is an instance of an undefined model ami06P.

spectre terminated prematurely due to fatal error.
can anyone give some advice??

your posting is not very clear to give a answer, pls re-post without acronyms, you can also try posting in redhat mailing list or better search there.
