Problems with 2 Nokia 3310: not powering/display error

i'm having problems with two 3310 phones.

the first one fell into an iodine solution and i'v cleaned with a solvent(thinner) and still its not powering.

the second one powers up but refuses to display even with other screens.

need help.:?:

for 2nd proplem :
meybe your SMPS circuit damaged. you can test SMPS's transistors.

for ur first solution, u can give some heat on pcb properly on every Ic . Second solution is U can change ur lcd it may be damage . U also clean lcd connector .
