i am looking forward to your replies as soon as possible
thank you very much

set 50 thou to 30 thou

thou is thousandth of inch
so
0.001 is 1 thou your footprint design specifies 0.030 or 30 thou as a pad size

VSMVDD,thank you very much.it works.:D

Try changing your units to mm.

it's very simple.

BTW, Whats wrong with the SOT-23 footprint that comes as standard?

But yes you want to change the setting in "size" to 30.

Also add a reassigment on top sodler resist of "38".
This gives clearance around the pads for sodler resist.

Then perhaps 30 for "solder paste" layer.
And on components that do not need to be in the paste layer, on "solder paste" layer set them to zero.
