hi dear all

i would like to do PHD in INDIA related to power electronics and drives or energy side.

i dont want to do research on some new topic, but i want to solve one exsiting problems in INDIA like energy side or rural application...

can anybody sugeest problems which INDIA is facing particularly in rural
