probleme acces my documents

I have a big probleme I have reinstall windows XP on my drive without format it. Now I dont have acces to my documents. I have put on my last Windows file protection, I know my password and my username but I dont know how to acces it again. I looking for a software or any way to access my documents. PLEASE help me !!!! thanks you for your help

Log on as administrator and change the ownership of the files to the current user.
