i do modular design with the guide of "Xilinx Development System Reference Guide", but when i activating my Module the follow error accured

ERROR:NgdBuild:604 - logical block 'asb_buf1/ram1' with type 'dpram' could not be resolved. A pin name misspelling can cause this, a missing edif or ngc file, or the misspelling of a type name. Symbol 'dpram' is not supported in target 'virtex2p'.

what's wrong? asb_buf1 is the module i want to activate and dpram is a submodule of it which comes from core generator. but i have implemented another module successfully which does not contain any submodule.
who can help me?
thx!
