Problem with wrong Vout in a SC circuit

sc circuit

hi, all
as you can see from the pic. first, i reset the amp, after a while i add vin=5v,
I think i can get Vout=1v at time 't', but its not true(its about 2.2v)
can anyone tell me why, (Cfb=2C1)
