winpic800 problem

I have problem with WinPic800 .When I program 16F84A Pic in WinPin 800 display
ERROR >Written address0X00000
Written:0X3000 Read0X3FFF
What solution?

PLS specify the programer tipe that u use
AND check if u constructed correctly the hardwere..

I use JDM programmer. And in hardware test display Hardware OK

did u`r device worked once....??
if yes u could have a defective pic....
try to think logicaly..
find the problem separate it in fix it
so...if u have a friend who has a programer try the pic if ok u have a problem whit the programer or soft if not u`r pic is defective ..
ir u`r problem is on the prgramer ican help u there..check &recheck triple check u`r schematic and pcb...
if u use jdm programer try ic prog it is easy to configure
select jdm programer in ic prog and select enable xp driver (if u use xp )
i will try to upload ic prog ifnot it is easy to find on internet
