problem with SystemC in Cocentric

i am facing some problem with the logic in making an encoder in SystemC in Cocentric. i am reading a data at a particular clock signal say td and putting it out at a higher rate of tw. but i am experiencing a clock cycle delay when using the write function. i have even tried making two different methods but it does not work. how do i implement it? it is always giving me the delay.

please help.
