Problem with system stability when Bus SWITCH is replaced

PCI bUS SWITCH

Hi
I meet some system unstable when I replace the Bus SWITCH from PI5C3861Q to TI's SN74CBTD3861.See attached picture.The diode DB1 MM4148 is shorted when using TI's SN74CBTD3861.
Please give some advice.
