Problem with software hanging after pressing keypad fast

Their are two cases in which my product enters into softwarwe hang mode.

1. Power-ON condition

2. When i press key-pad very fast,

What could be the possible reason and solution for this
 

software hang

1. Poor power supply decoupling, did you put 0.1uf caps on all digital IC power pins?

2. Your software has bugs or poor error trapping.

Please provide more information. What type of capacitors may work?

Please explain how you circuit gets hangged? I disaprears the display and go to some strange behavior or it comes out of its purpose? any ways you should see the routine which you have written for key scan.
