Problem with reset circuit in HP 5314A counter

Last week bought an old HP5314A Counter, some times tun on normally, some times not. Looks like has a problem with the RESET circuit. I downloaded de service manual from Agilent´s page but it´s a photocopy and the circuit diagram is unreadable.

Please help me with the circuit diagram
