Problem with reading data of CS5361 interfaced with LPC2378 using I2S

Hi,
CS5361 is interfaced with LPC2378 using I2S. where CS5361 operates as master with its clock driven by LPC2378 at 2.21184Mhz? i am picking up the data using DMA, it is observed when i reset the CS5361. then it is reading zero data only. what is the problem?
