Problem with Proteus 7 segment display

Somebody please explain what is happening with this.
why all this are on at the same time.


Here all the 7 segments are common cathode type. transistors - BC547
simulated on proteus
 

Just because you trying to combine digital and analog primitives. Digital primitives has no resistance. You can connect analog resistor in parallel with each segment, but more clever way is to use only digital primitives. This will greatly reduce cpu load during simulation.
 

let me get this simple. can anyone provide me with a working simulation (proteus) of PIC16F876 with 4x7 segment display (common cathode)
