Problem with powering on a MP3 Player

hi guys.
i have a mp3 player with:
atj2705
sst 39vf010
samsung k9f2g08u0m


and the problem is that the playes wont start o show any life signals
not with battary and not with USB.

I NEED HELP.

Hi Dear,

check the life signal display etteching is ok or not. then check the Input that drives the LCD

Check how much current the device takes from the battery. If it's above 300/400mA, you're pretty sure that there's a shorted circuit due to some broken components. If it takes below 100mA you're pretty sure that the device is in "sleep mode", i.e. it could start working but it doesn't (at this point, check the power on button). With this dicotomy you should half the range of problems
