hi all
i'm using pic18f452 to simply light a led ! as a start,
i connect it just like what the datasheet said
i mainly want to use this pic in order to double the frequency by programming
so i connect 8 mhz crystal and choosed HS:pLL when burning the code, so it will be 32 mhz
that is what suppose to happen, but instead i get wired pic behavior, i don't know if this because of the crystal or the power or even the connections.

all what i want is how i should connect it, and what is the capacitor values to be connected with the 8mhz crystal to ensure it working correctly, and what burning steps should i do to make the pic understand the i need it to double the crystal four times it's original value, so if anyone knows plz tell

i used ql-2006 programmer with it's program
or winpic program

ASAP

i used 33pf could this be the reason for the missfunction ?~
