Problem with PIC16F877 and LCD display

I don't know what is the error, the 'A' character still not appear on LCD screen, I bet that I lack a very basic error but don't know what it is, could you help me find out it ?

The file I attach follow include lcd.dsn (open with Proteus), lcd.asm and lcd.hex

Hi I have just did it, I forgot enable signal when initialize LCD ( so change a little in .asm)
Could you save a little time to see it and give me advices to make it better
