Problem with OFDM concept in Matlab

can anybody help on following,

I had built an QPSK TX-RX in Matlab(Programming) for Implementation of OFDM Concept.
Now i have seperated the TX & RX. ON one PC their is TX & Other PC has RX.
I'm connecting these PC's thro' the soundcards &with a cable.
The problem is i'm not recieving the data correctly, send by TX.

SO, Please help in this by giving some progamming solution to this matter. [/b]

Hi jitu_3022,

in my opinion there many reasons why you didn't receive the data correctly. Either hardware, software (your codes), or the concept (OFDM transmission).

Since you are not too specific, I think it is hard to give your some suggestion. But because you mention of using OFDM transmission scheme, then I just want to point out one thing that is very important for OFDM, namely synchronization.

Now you are already aware that OFDM transmits (modelates) the information signal with several sub-carrier. If these sub-carriers are not synchronized to each other then you will get nothing at the RX because the receiver will not be able to reconstruct the original data.

Synchronization in OFDM is one of active research area nowadays. So you could get the impression that this synchronization thing is very important.

hi,
r u using audio to transfer from one system or data?... be specific..
tell ur way of commnunication between 2 PCs.
