Problem with nRF403 transceiver chip

Hi!!

Have you ever use nRF 403 transceiver chip ? I made a circuit board and communicated over uart with pic16f74 every thing is ok until here. But i looked at data on the oscilloscope display... its terrible !!!! :cry:

i sent a data like decimal 10 and its receive a data far away 10 ..maybe it receive everything except 10

(circuit board FR4 material 1.6mm thickness and i bought other component from mouser.com)

shortly why this chip is so bad ?
