Problem with Monte-Carlo Analysis

If you would like to do MC-simulation of "Process Variation", you have to add "process variation section" in "gpdk090_mos.scs".
Here you also have to create parameters for "process variation".

As a simple approach, you can use parameters for "mismatch variation" as "process variation" directly.
But "process variation" is more large than "mismatch variation" generally.

I've three options(1.Process 2.Mismatch 3.Process&Mismatch) available in 'process variation' drop menu,
I know their meaning but I don't know their application( as where to choose these different option)
See the followings.
