problem with gps tracking device, often nogps signal

i'm using gps 104D with the following specifications
GSM/GPRS simcom340z or Simcom300z and GPS module SIRF3chip. I think the firmware needs an update. Can anyone help me with how to update en the firmware.
It's urgent, i need this device for shipping stuff.
 

Hope you can download the firmware from the garmin website itself and by the problem should get resolved.
 

you should go to the garmin website and download firmware from there, i think you should get it from there and hope you resolved your problem, best of luck
