Problem with exporting design in a ODB++ format using Protel DXP demo

I am using Protel DXP Demo version for design my circuit and I successfully completed my design. When I export my design into ODB++ format I found that some files empty in my directory. So can’t complete the project successfully.

I think the problem occurred in setting of ODB++ format Export. Could u tell me how to load the project and export in ODB++ format properly?

The ODB++ export is incomplete
There are several missing file that are required by viewer and import
programs:
