Problem with download OS to a device with ICD2 and MPLAB

hello,i have to programme an embedded system such as the calmotion single card computer MC104P (please refer to **broken link removed**
using the ICD2 from micro4you.com and MPLAB as software!!
when i connect the icd2 my device and the PC using mplab,it start to download the operating system of my device but the operation is failed and i do'n't know why?
