problem with decoding data series transmitter sends

By the way,I wanna notice that I recently found that the fifth bit of every packet is EVEN PARITY BIT for the rest of packet(14 bit)! I still will be happy if anybody can help me:D

hello, I recently found that these series use parity check in addition to CRC! and I guess that it is the fifth bit of every packet but not the sixth packet!:( is it possible that only in this packet (sixth) parity bit changes?!
