Problem with connecting G24 module to PC correctly

Hi,
I am Working with G24 Modem. And i Connected serial port PC to G24 RS232 Connector. And i am turn on switch,G24 is powered up.
And I am Sending AT Commands terminal to G24 module. But i am not getting any Response.

Please Help me.

Hi, was wondering if anyone knows the solution to this? I've followed the instructions on the manual (setting IGN etc) and its still not responding. Any help is much appreciated! thanks!!
