[SOLVED] Problem with atlas silvaco(hall conification )

Hi everybody
I run the example from silvaco website(**broken link removed**). But my output is completely different from the picture placed in output results. In my device simulation result there is no Hall voltage (hall1=hall2).
How can I solve this problem?

You must be using ATLAS version 5.16.3.R to run this example. Earlier versions may not be able to run it.
