Problem with accessing hex file generated by Keil

From keil software, after generating the Hex file (0 error, 0 warning). The hex file
does not open (only some letters are showing) usb flash programer.

can you help me?

You might need to show a small screenshot of the error, and more info on the programmer.

I am working with "uc FLASH IC programmer.
The original hex file is working.but After edited with keil,its not working.
The files which is I downloaded from Net (c and hex) the c file I tried to
made some modification,first I opened the c file (without any modification )
generated the hex,This hex file only not open on uc programmer.
