Problem while saving file in MPLAB (UBUNTU)

I am using MPLAB on ubuntu and i have install ubuntu on virtual machine. Windows 7 is main OS of my system. I have shared folder in between windows and ubuntu. but while saving new project in shared folder it doesn't appear in the that box.
for more details i have attached image.
 

is there any one using ubuntu and MPLAB with network shared between windows and ubuntu....
